低心率新手提問 - 路跑 Road Running

跑版的大神們大家好
小弟170cm 65kg 體脂21 BMI22
大概從去年六月開始跑步
月跑量不多 80-100k之間
每次約六分速 6公里左右(平均心率大概都在155上下)
都是早上七點前後出門,跑個三十分鐘
最近看到魁哥及臉書跑版的大家
一直分享低心率的好處
這禮拜第一次嘗試(35歲,低心率為145以下)
前一兩公里 七八分速還可以維持在145
不過之後心率慢慢上升
就算慢到十分、十一分速,甚至是快走 心率也是會飆到155-160(之前六分速的心率)
心率飆起來之後,用走的等心率低於145後
再慢慢跑(九分速、十分速),心率一樣會飆上去.....
嘗試了六次的低心律
有五次都是上述的情況 (五次都是早上跑,三十分鐘、三公里左右...)
其中有一次是晚上陪老婆去跑步
三公里,全程八分速,最大心率141,平均心率131
身體狀況差別非常大,真的不知道該怎麼辦
持續下去真的會有改善嗎??

茫茫然 也不知道什麼方法才是正確的
