剛爬了一下文卻沒找到我想要知道的 = =
小弟因為手腕有受過傷,所以手腕沒辦法長時間彎曲出力
但又想練伏地挺身來把已經虛掉的手臂、肩膀和胸部給練一練
所以我想問如果我現在伏地挺身改用拳頭做的話有沒有要注意的地方呢??
或是這樣子做反而更容易受傷之類的.....
