如題,一天仰臥起坐50下,我做了兩、三之後,
我的腹部肌肉整個就是痛到不行,
今天痛到連30下,就不太行了,我還一下休息十秒,硬把50下做完。
請問有經驗的人,要休息到不痛再繼續,還是要繼續,酸痛屬正常?
另外,我有點啤酒肚,仰臥起坐解決的了啤酒肚的問題嗎?
