仰式打水 - 游泳討論

各位好
在練仰式打水 我用手放在大腿旁的方式 臉可以露出水面
另一種方式是手往上平舉 雙臂夾住頭部
我用這方式臉常在水面下 老嗆到水
不曉的有什麼訣竅才能浮上來 請指教 謝謝
