我是女生
身高170
之前都是打小隻的中鋒
現在轉型打前鋒
發現以前都是背對籃框要球 現在是面對籃框
非常的不習慣
最難適應的是 要去接應後衛 也不知道怎樣跑位要球
防守的時候 總是顧到自己來不及補防...
不知道有沒有人跟我一樣是中鋒改打前鋒的呢
要怎樣才能快速適應呢?
這兩個位置最大的不同 需要改變的習慣 是哪些呢?
