本魯平時有慢跑10k/50min 與騎公路車的運動習慣
但在參加完105年4月的彰化百k經典單車賽之後
賽後隔天發現右膝彎曲或是下樓時,感到膝蓋外側劇烈疼痛
爬了文,這症狀應該是使用過度中了ITBS
試過許多治療方式
1.吃消炎藥
2.中醫針灸
3.復健診所熱敷、電療、超音波
這三個月來,不騎車也不再跑步 (這對跑步成癮的人來說真是痛苦阿...囧)
僅在每天傍晚時,至學校操場快走約5km
目前回復的情況約七成,上下樓已經不再疼痛
但平時走路時仍能感覺到右膝靠近外側有些許不適感
推測應該是髂脛束仍然緊繃,摩擦導致不適
近日已痛下決心購入增硬長版狼牙棒來滾ITB
不過滾了幾天後 發現大腿右側肌肉瘀青,是強度過高太刺激了嗎?
想請教狼牙棒該如何正確地使用以治療ITBS
重訓深蹲鍛鍊股四頭肌,是否也可以幫助改善?
另外,板上的前輩遇到這個症狀,又是花了多久的時間才痊癒的呢?
我好想跑步阿...只能先忍耐...
