不跑步但維持體力的方法 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好,小弟平時月跑量約150左右
因為有AS的關係所以定期要去抽血看報告
結果就在前幾天我的醫生語重心長的問我: 你是不是一直在運動?
原來是我血液裡某個數值飆到快要破千
醫生說再跑下去可能會有橫紋肌溶解的風險= =
所以要我這段時間不能再跑直到數值掉回正常值(200以下)
但好不容易練起來的習慣就這樣放掉感覺好崩潰
(尤其我超容易胖...沒有運動根本很難維持)
不知道有沒有推薦的替代運動能保持體力,或是有前輩能分享一下經驗,感謝!!
