18~40歲的一般男生,沒領殘障手冊,體格屬於必須當兵的那種,沒當過運動校隊成員
[目前體能水平]
到今天為止,充分暖身後,盡全力跑3km,剛好花掉13分半
[過去到目前的菜單]
每天跑量都在5km(含)以下,沒特別用器材練腿力,都不跑間歇
[菜單更新項目]
從明天開始,每天都以10km/hr的速度,連續跑完10km
[一個月後會怎麼樣]
大概可能有2種情況,也只會有這2種情況
1.不受傷,3km也無法在13分內完成
2.受傷
越超過10km/hr的速度,傾向2的機會越大
