我身高148體重52我想減肥看一些資料148的體重應為39我卻52:(我想大概減到42(因該有點難)我沒時間運動(國2生)不過,我體育課打籃球通常都是打得最好一秒的人不是不喜歡運動是沒時間課業很多,考試也很多也不想靠吃藥常常被說很胖很煩所以想要趕快減肥還有,我常喜歡很冰的東西這有關西嗎?希望各位
