不同時段的體能差異 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好~
小弟我新手,之前下班(1900-2030)會去跑一下練身體
但這兩週改上班前(0600-0700)去跑
結果里程不到一半就累到不行~速度也上不來
可以請問大家這樣是正常的嗎?要如何改善呢?
因為比賽都是早上跑~怕說到時也是虛掉
會不會睡比較少有關係?7小時減到5.3小時
