不再痠痛了…卻也失去成就感,怎辦? - 瑜珈 Yoga

我每周一次會去上yoga
一般第二天都會開始痠痛,部位主要是胸部上方的大筋,就是內衣肩帶的位子
跟大腿後側
經過一段不短的時間後,最近竟然不會感到痠痛了
我一開始蠻高興的,想說是自己進步了
但是幾次下來,覺得好沒成就感喔~~~
而且本來我都竊喜胸部上方的筋痠痛的話,表示肌肉正在修復,會增強肌力,
可以防胸下垂什麼的
我的推測是
1 我真的進步了 (os 不太可能 很多動作還是做不到)
2 因為夏天,我又騎腳踏車去,路上就算一種熱身了,所以熱身做得好,就不痠痛了
3 這些動作我習慣了,所以沒效果了…
不知大家覺得是那一種呢?
