我知道這對各位熱於慢跑的愛好者很容易
但我始終無法突破
陸陸續續跑了將近一個月
頂多就是將近七分鐘
也無法將時間拉到六開頭
晚個幾天再跑
時間又會拉長
越跑越沒勁
是我方法用錯了嗎
我總覺得跑到最後
甚至是一半
就會口乾舌燥呼吸急促
甚至到最後連在走路回家的路途上
都會快要腿軟走不下去
應該如何改善呢
