需要在一個月內進步三分鐘
跑步公里數:3K
目前時間:約20分
目標時間:16'50"
可訓練時間:平日40min~1Hr,假日不限
跑步呼吸方式:鼻子吸兩口,嘴巴吐兩口
跑步方式:以前腳掌帶動身體,身體微向前傾,因此在跑時算是低頭目視約兩步的距離
目前遇到的問題是肺活量不足
還有腳力不夠
現在的訓練是一天4K
沒事的時候訓練一下呼吸
就是吸氣5秒,憋住5秒,再吐氣5秒
但深怕在一個月內沒辦法有突破性的進步
因此上來向各位大大求解
希望可以有效率的突破自己的極限!!
