四月來了.是時候又可以開始游泳了...(雖然台北還是滿冷的)
原po我以前夏天都在內湖焚化爐自己亂游...
會的姿勢就是用很不標準的自由式
但.只要不會突然在水中想到雜七雜八的事嗆到也是可以中間不休息游25M到對岸~
自由式換氣應該算是OK~~
只是手?腳?姿勢不是很正確~~所以游的滿慢的而且也容易累(水阻力?)~~
游個25M就站起來休息一下放空幾秒再繼續游下一趟~~
目標今年就是想調整自己的自由式(讓自己不會那麼容易累)
以及學會蛙式~~(我的手+腳+換氣無法配合)~~
到最後累了~~就是亂游~~變成:手蛙式+腳自由式+換氣~~
問題來了~~~
去年夏天在內焚自己游也沒有什麼長進~~
爬文或辜狗看教學影片~~看是很簡單~~但實際上很難~~~
重點是自己看不到自己游的(也不知道問題在哪~~)
還是決定花個錢報泳訓班來學一下~~~
距離家最近就是『YMCA永吉會館』或是『南港運動中心』
不知道大家推薦哪個呢?
YMCA永吉:NTD3300/12次一次
南港運動中心:NTD3500/10堂課
不知道以我的狀況在哪裡比較適合~~
想先調整好自由式能來回游個10趟不休息我就覺得不錯了(XDD)~~
達成這個小目標就學蛙式~~
還是有專業的人要教我我也很歡迎!?(平假日中午前時段為主)
如果有也OK~~就先站內信報價~~地點就南港or內湖囉~女佳~
