T強度訓練的配速與心率差異? - 路跑 Road Running

終於又進入了冬季,在隔了八個月後的昨天,又完成了一場全馬.
不知是否太久沒跑全馬,昨天跑到25K就爆了,這是最快爆的一場,
可能是LSD/LFD跑太少就上場,也可能是T訓練不足(猜),
所以昨天就估狗了一些乳酸閾值的練習資訊,
但看了之後,很疑惑,
參考耐力網,10K能以5分速跑完為例,T配速為5:06,
T強度訓練時間為20~60分,
如果無法用此配速跑20分,則應降速....
問題1:
都能用5分速跑50分鐘了,
為何會說如果無法用更慢的速度跑20分鐘?

另有以儲備心率計算約88~92%,做為T強度的配速,
我的10K PB就是5分速,平均心率約落在80%,
如以90%心率來跑20~60分鐘,均速可能在4:40,
快於5分速,也符合就是要訓練長時間的高速跑,
問題2:
同樣為T強度訓練,
為何配速與心率為基準的速度差那麼多?
或是我搞錯它的意思?
