最近在上 English presentation skill 的課,
老師要我們想一個題目, 寫內容, 課程結束時上台報告...
選一個你熟悉的東西...
當然啦, 我就選擇 "aerobics" 囉!! 我的最愛...
不過標題很難下, 這個只是暫時的標題.
但是我後來也發現, 我的內容好像也不確定是要講 "健身房" 還是 "有氧"...
anyway, 先報告第一段給大家分享...
很多人不認識 "aerobics", 正好推廣一下...

Good morning, everyone. My name is .
I work in PTT Aerobics and I am an aerobics lover.
Have you ever felt tired during your work?
Have you ever found no place you can go?
Do you know there is such nice place for you to relax?
The purpose of my talk today is to show you aerobics can help reduce stress.
We will be talking about Dynamic Aerobics, Static Aerobics and others
This presentation will take about 15 minutes.
