感謝大家的建議,受傷到現在快2個月
這中間也特別對股四頭肌加強,跑前跑後也有伸展拉筋,但跑超過6km還是就發作
不知有鄉民能否分享覺得伸展ITB很有效的姿勢呢
另外大家都花了多長時間才完全恢復呢
都不能天天跑感覺真的很悶呀
