各位大大以下為我平日最常吃的三餐內容請幫我看一下各別熱量會不會太高阿早餐-優酪乳+中型蘋果一顆午餐-帶骨烤雞腿+水煮花椰菜(IKEA那種)or麵線+燙青菜晚餐-廣東粥+燙青菜orSubway一個or爭鮮(只吃生魚片/蝦/青菜/...沒吃有飯的壽司)下午or晚上可能會搭配一些水果還會吃維他命B平常有時會騎單車80分鐘or
