第二堂課: 跑步正確姿勢說明及示範Part II + 練習
第三堂課: 跑步時呼吸注意事項+練習
第四堂課: 跑步十大注意事項+練習(多元化的內容)

财 飲食注意事項
财 熱身,緩和運動
第五堂課: 跑步時常發生的運動傷害,其說明及預防+練習
