fb的粉絲團上面看到的 原加州點的課表,二月會大異動,會跟以前的運動習慣差很多 但會異動成怎樣,還不知道=.= 有網友說,天母有些飛輪教練:Ian、Eddy的課都被腰斬 之前有其他網友說,是會換新人教練來上,價碼較低 有沒有版友知道統領平日晚上的課表會變怎樣啊?? 世界當初說不會換課表,結果現在咧= ...

目前有每天長跑6000m(跑步機的習慣),大約控制 在24min,每次跑完都會大量脫水,已經瘦到剩下 60kg(170cm),不過身體蠻結實的,體脂約8左右, 最近難以進步,也不知道這樣的鍛鍊方式正不正確 ,請高手大大給予一點意見^^ - ...

今天傍晚的時候去站前運動 要走到地下一樓去 我覺得很漂亮耶~ 洗澡間也很不錯 有蓮蓬頭很方便 不過烤箱還沒弄好有點可惜 教室緊鄰男賓部有時候會覺得吵 男賓部有很多沙發椅可以坐 吹頭風也有椅子坐 真好~^^ 我覺得弄得跟WG 101旗艦店一樣漂亮 蠻不錯^^ 真好奇之前為啥大家都說不好? 今天熱水也很熱啊~ ...
