目前有每天長跑6000m(跑步機的習慣),大約控制
在24min,每次跑完都會大量脫水,已經瘦到剩下
60kg(170cm),不過身體蠻結實的,體脂約8左右,
最近難以進步,也不知道這樣的鍛鍊方式正不正確
,請高手大大給予一點意見^^
