Garmin跑錶如何重置體能(完賽)評估 - 路跑 Road Running

請教一下大家
九月入手garmin 255 music之後常常帶著跑
每次跑步都會跳出體能評估優良
然後+2或+6不等的數字
最大攝氧量56
5K完賽預估時間是22分鐘
但問題是我3K要很努力跑才能跑進20分鐘...
最近發現我的心率很明顯的低於普通人
平常坐著心跳大概40~50
跑步心率大概在130-150
卯起來跑衝刺間歇最多也只看過161這個數字
所以我手動把最大心率改到173
順道一提我36歲男性 按公式最大心率是186
從此之後我每次跑步就一直跳出體能不佳的評估 -6~-10
本來想說不管他繼續跑就對了
結果我今天第一次用每日建議訓練
因為訓練負荷已經高於建議值
所以他推薦給我基礎訓練課程
用5:30-6:10的配速跑35分鐘
問題是我平常認真跑的配速大概是6:10~6:40跑10K
狀況特別好的時候能跑出5:40的配速
突然覺得如果不做一下設定這個功能就廢了
想問下怎麼重新進行體能評估?
還是大家建議就這樣給他繼續練下去了...
