調整跑姿後跑完小腿很痠 - 路跑 Road Running

人生初半馬 - 高雄馬抽筋爆掉以後,除了想堆跑量,也想改一下自己跑步動作
一直以來都是腳跟著地,公園跑齡大概10年有,都是五公里這樣在跑
但在準備半馬的時候發現跑量一多,膝蓋後側會不太舒服
去水管看了哲睿教學的影片,發現自己除了腳跟問題,也有坐著跑的問題
試著調整一下,上週末跑了12K,可以感覺自己是全腳掌或是前腳掌著地在跑
跑完膝蓋沒有不適,但小腿痠爆了,小腿前面的肌肉跟小腿肚都在痠,
休了三天今天上午再跑了5K,跑完也是很痠
我自己覺得肌肉痠痛比膝蓋疼痛好處理,但想問大家這樣正常嗎?
