這次的BB好多新奇的動作,光是第一手暖身的部分就很令人耳目一新
而且很意外地(?)是用到肩膀與背部的肌肉
平衡的部分,單手單腳著地、另一腳向後抬高的動作也很有趣
最特別的是腹部的訓練,竟然是捲曲站立的動作,歌曲也非常歡樂!!
但是九分鐘做完應該都笑不出來了吧 orz
據說這次的BC 47的腹肌訓練也很操勞?
