想請問跑步跟騎腳踏車 - 有氧運動 Aerobics

開始去健身房沒多久
每天會去跑步跟重訓
這兩天還有加上飛輪
不過可能玩太兇了 大腿已經變成鋼鐵狀態了
小腿反倒是習慣了 不再會鐵腿
想請問跑步跟腳踏車如果鐵腿之類狀況
是天天跑比較好 還是休息一天再繼續?
