話說,自從上次第一次去上了pump之後,我的屁股一直酸痛到現在。
我看了一下課表,想說明天自己去上body balance.....
看起來覺得這個課名好像不會那麼痛苦,可以拉拉我的身體....
不過,這次我打算自己去......
上次pump發現有這麼多事前準備之後
想說先來問一下版友...
上balance要不要作什麼準備?
比方說拿墊子一類的?
因為不想一直跑步把腳踝給操壞Orz..想說上上團體課比較有趣
