800公尺的訓練 - 路跑 Road Running

最近開始認真練習800公尺的跑步,因為20天後有體能測試,
之前有斷斷續續的慢跑(2000~3000公尺),目前則有跑步跟游泳。
昨天測了800公尺兩次,第一次測試是4分47秒,第二次測試是4分55秒,
還沒跑完真的就有快往生的感覺,尤其第二圈之後(200公尺跑道)就覺得無法負荷,
腳步無法加快QQ,身體也無法感覺輕鬆或輕盈的跑,身旁朋友都說臉色很蒼白,
但之前慢跑的時候不會這樣,想當然最後一圈想衝刺也無力…
對了,我有先熱身,伸展還有先慢跑400公尺。
想請教各位,以我的狀況800公尺要如何在4分鐘內跑完(目標),
拜託各位給我的建議,我需要通過這項測試QQ
還有我還有哪些要注意的事項嗎?
