3000M 訓練 - 路跑 Road Running

昨天去了操場跑3000M測試了一下 約13:42秒左右 如果最後一圈撐一下用衝刺的話因該
是可以免強把時間壓到13分左右 操場長度一圈500M 然而我用手錶測時間 第一圈2:11秒跑
完 然後緊接第二圈 1:58秒左右 第三圈大約兩分鐘左右 然後開始浮現無力感的狀態
所以四五六圈我就沒有特別在去計時間了 請問各位板友有辦法在1個月內把時間壓到
11分~12分嗎? 壓得下去的話我該如何排練自己的訓練表呢??
另外詢問一下 有時候長跑可以跑很久(10KM~16KM) 有時候就跑個幾公里就掛(5~10KM)
是因為還在很疲憊的狀態下所導致的關西嗎??
PS:平常有在跑步的習慣 幾乎都是跑一天休一天這樣
