2013富邦初馬sub4心得分享!! - 路跑 Road Running

小弟原本只有一個運動的興趣 : 爬山
因為今年GARMIN出了一款入門級的路跑錶,小弟買兩支當情侶錶用XDD (這不是廣告文)
從此進入路跑界的領域中!! 一開始也只是為了玩GPS的功能而跑,為了GPS的記錄而跑..
嚴格說起來有點本末倒置,但跑步對以前的我來說,只是維持爬山的基礎體能。
還記得練跑第一週我全力衝刺10km的極限是60min!! 當時很開心.. 居然能"連續"跑1hr..
但也沒想到爬過20座台灣百岳的我竟然這麼遜咖..
練跑2個月,10km = 47min.. 這就是鄉民所說的天生神力???
但我覺得只是因為我有爬山的基礎體能.. (其實爬山就是一種長間歇訓練)
至今練跑7.5月,跑量總共1121km 月跑量平均150km.. 10km提升至44min 鞋子是Aero12
我知道..這樣的跑量對全馬sub4偏低,但因為我不想再繼續讓雙腳受傷了.. 囧!!
跑步才幾個月就急著報名富邦馬拉松,主要是因為我想在30歲以前送給自己生日禮物..
而台北富邦馬拉松,我知道自己要跑進sub4的機會不高... 但我渴望衝破極限!!
在PTT版上搜尋許多sub4的戰略,發現文章寥寥可數,所以我的心得標題才會打上sub4
不是為了炫耀.. 只是想提供關鍵字讓更多版友有個戰略可參考
因為我10km的極速約4:25,全馬配速設計採5:25..
主要是因為我的月跑量偏低,肌耐力偏弱,無法只減40sec當全馬配速..
人生初馬,我提早20分鐘就跟著大家一起往起跑線前進排隊了,
沒想到我很像離起跑點太近了= =,全程幾乎沒有超車,到後期一直被超車..
開跑後.. 我能感受到所有人亢奮的心情,PACE雖提高到5:00.. 仍一直被超車
不過我知道.. 我得沉住氣.. 藉由啦啦隊轉移注意力,並感受所有人的熱情
因為下雨,所以我沒有帶水,不過有帶一隻士力架補充體力,21km時邊跑邊吃..
我的配速戰略非常順利進行到30km,平均pace如下
00 ~ 05 km = 5:11
06 ~ 10 km = 5:17
11 ~ 15 km = 5:21
16 ~ 20 km = 5:22
21 ~ 25 km = 5:28
26 ~ 30 km = 5:38
30km平均已達5:23,現在想想.. 跟我預期非常符合。
剩下來的部分,我就沒有計畫了.. 能跑多快就多快,跑多遠就多遠.. 努力挑戰極限!!
不過遇到上坡我都用走的,順便做小小的休息,我相信經過小休息會跑更快。
最後成績 : 3hr 57min
可惜的是.. 賽前我吃了太多早餐,想說這樣能減少撞牆機會,但33km時跑去拉肚子..
可惜之二,跑前硬灌300cc舒跑,想說20km後再進補給站,害我膀胱提著尿跑步..
這兩點都是我太緊張的緣故.. 嘆...
不過... 這次我發揮了110%的實力= =.. 因為跑完立刻屍變,轉職為殭屍..
最後提供自己的訓練原則
1. 時常碰觸自己的極限 (這個最重要,但最辛苦)
2. 長距離的訓練不要捨棄速度,寧可快跑10min走2min,也不要慢跑12min (因人而異)
3. 每週只跑3次,練跑前傾聽自己身體狀況 (上班族跑太多會失去熱情)
4. 比賽前一週完全休息,這週要將心理狀態調整到最佳狀態
5. 多上PTT爬文 (在此要感謝ppsj大的訓練心得,讓小弟獲益良多)
