其實就是我一股莫名的衝動想完成一場全馬
所以我就報名了12月的台北馬
我連半馬都沒跑過
平常跑步也是斷斷續續的跑而已
大多都是5-6KM
最多也就是10KM 要跑1小時
後來我爬了一些文
發現全馬似乎不是給我這種菜雞玩的 囧
昨天我看到一個漢森只求完賽的課表
昨天第一天執行跑7km
平均一公里花了6分30秒
我只求不要被關門就好
16週夠準備一場全馬嗎?
然後我維持重訓的習慣好多年了
所以腿的肌力可能比較不擔心??
