小魯171/61/45,7月開始跑,從每日2k慢慢增加到每日6k,但增加到每日8k時卻受傷,停
了一個月才恢復,再來改成隔日跑8k,上月起天氣變冷,早上起不來,變成偶而晚上跑10
k,約1週跑1次,本月每次跑12k,但快跑完時都有力不從心的感覺,有沒有前輩可以指點
一下如何突破12k障礙,謝謝
