請問各位跑友,
10k練跑時間如何壓到45分鐘內?
個人有固定練跑習慣,跑一休一,
每次練跑距離約13k ,
到10k時會看時間,
大都壓在50分鐘左右,
13k跑完共花了66分鐘。
問題來了,我有嘗試加快速度跑10k過,
最快時間49分…結果膝蓋就不舒服了,
請問版上跑友是否有更好的練習方法?
