10km長跑中的水分攝取 - 路跑 Road Running

會這樣問,其實和今年跑國道馬10km組所見所感有關,
甚至更好說是被當年男子組冠軍、目前全國萬米冠軍何盡平刺激到了,
希望在年底台北富邦馬9km組有所進展。
那天出大太陽、特別「溫暖」,天氣比我想像的好太多,
所以我穿的就顯得太多,體力與水分因此流失太快,
以致離開折返點兼唯一水站約1.5km(已跑6.5km)後就覺得異常乾渴,
但也只能稱到終點後再喝。
另一方面,我才跑了三公里多、大約二十多分鐘,
就已看到何盡平回來。
所以我想問:
1.在田徑賽一萬公尺,中間不會有補水的機會,對不對?
2.若是如此,我在練習、當天比賽中是否就不應補水,
而應提前到跑前,以免妨害速度?

國體教練所曾義財碩論《訓練量對5000公尺專項能力之影響》的結論是,
「每週超過160公里,持續訓練三週,能有效提升男女長跑選手5000公尺
的專項成績。」
假若我直接照辦的話,10km跑45分鐘是否指日可待?
