地點:台北市淡水河濱自行車道(我會坐捷運到景美站後,步行至景美河濱公園
,裡面有個籃球場,我會提早在籃球場準備出發)
過完龍年,怕長肥肉嗎? 一起來減脂吧! 哈哈
年前揪過一次,不過我沒發現星期六我也必須上班(汗)
所以也就順延一天跑跑LSD了。
PTT的朋友們,如果也有想跑的不妨一起來
原則上只是一個好玩團跑,不限實力不限人數,
唯一要求就是請量力而跑,跑健康不要跑出傷痛
時間到就起跑啦!
我會拿舊號碼布反掛寫上PTT,平常我會從萬板大橋下跑到社子島再回程,
平常日下班easy run頂多就從101方向接公館自來水園區河濱跑回家,
所以景美段還沒跑過,我會從景美捷運站走過去河濱公園籃球場邊熱身邊準備
起跑,15:30出發啦!
本團完全是LDS(啦豬賽)團,大家慢慢跑趣味一下,
想加入一起跑的請自行決定要從起點加入開跑或是中途堵本團然後加入一起跑,
請自行評估能力,能跑的都歡迎加入^^,
基本上我大概跑21k,所以到了社子島我就必須折返閃人了,
所以要跟團的,請先查詢地圖以便找尋交通方式返家,
需要水份的朋友也請自行考量水份補給的問題,河濱附近要補給就必須到市區
道路才有便利商店,大稻埕有台咖啡車有在賣水、寶礦力、熱狗,其餘路段
沒有,但廁所很多:D
