我去年富邦馬就是用快走的方式, 主要是因為那時候腳底板接近腳跟的傷還沒好
那時候想說報名還是跑跑看 所以就用快走的方式進行 如果會痛就不跑走了
當初是想說以 8 km/ hr, 這樣預計應該可以在5個半小時完成 , 沒想到後來體力下降
最後的7公里還是用慢跑的方式完成(因為大會已經開始撿人了,不跑不行 XD),
最後也沒跑進5個半小時, 不過是有完成就是了
其實快走真的感覺比慢跑累 而且走完會超累的
因為使用的肌群和平常練習時不太一樣

尤其是很陡的山路,上坡用跑的很喘,下坡用跑的又很傷膝蓋
所以才想說完成一個走帶跑(陡坡快走,緩坡慢跑)約22KM的LSD
不知道這樣子的效果如何?
另外想請問一下有沒有人全馬全程用快走的呢?
理論上用7.5/Hr的速度快走好像也能完賽
就當作遠一點的健行XD
不知道有沒有人試過呢?
