最近在某個M開頭的網站看到有在單賣麥芽糊精這個東西 就想到之前看過能量果膠的內
容物也有添加這個東西
稍微爬過一點文 大概是說這東西就是一般碳水化合物 只是好分解跟好吸收
想問各位大大 如果說我今天想嘗試一些低強度且長時間的有氧 例如馬拉松 登山 騎自
行車之類的 是否適合吃這些東西 跟一般果膠效果差在哪裡(因為果膠一條真的蠻貴的
)而且也想知道到底好不好吃(怕很痛苦的時候會吞不下去)
