這幾天爬文又看到一些新東西
內文大意是
前胯開了就能雙盤,後胯開了就鬆腰
腰鬆到標準是煉精化氣自動運行,身體便深入無漏之境
後胯比前胯難鬆
以上就是大意
目前我能雙盤,所以是前胯已開
想請教有關開後胯,有無向雙盤一樣清楚判別方式及相關經驗
有看到鼻子貼牆蹲下,已測驗過勉強可行
