我從80瘦到74kg!可是體重忽上忽下的!而且那時是暑假,無聊時可以去運動!But 現在開學了!每天上到8點!而且 三餐都在學校吃!也不能帶便當營養午餐油到爆!晚餐要不從外面帶"可以在室溫下放很久的哪種!如:麵包"要不然學校都是泡麵~便宜麵包~飲料!要不然就是很油的食物我要者樣減阿?��
