我練瑜珈的時間差不多超過兩年了,
但髖關節和後腿筋還是超級緊,
每次張開腿前趴時我都做得直直地看著其他人趴下...
下犬式時腿都伸不直,踩不到地板QQ
練了兩年還是這樣實在很沒成就感,
覺得跟不上大家的進度,
想請問大家是否可推薦在高雄加強下半身柔軟度的瑜珈課程,
