最近中標,所以也稍微爬文/辜狗研究一下
大致原因不外乎 熱身不足(沒拉筋)、使用過度,或是姿勢不當
後來查到某一段:O型腿容易痛外側,X型腿容易痛內側
讓我恍然大悟!!我最近跑姿的確有O型化現象。
首先是山地馬拉松:爬坡以為O型(外八)比較好爬
下坡也有點靠外八來煞車
難怪北宜跑下來受不了
再來是平地馬拉松:因為知道有傷放慢速度
結果反而因為刻意放慢,
連平地也變成外八跑 XD
加上跑前沒特意暖身拉筋,以上都切實的增加了髂脛束的負擔
