我今年30歲,前幾年就有測出我的骨密過低,我應該如何補充呢?仿間的維骨力有用嗎?還是多喝牛奶呢?(可是有時候喝牛奶會拉肚子)請用比較簡單容易取得的方式解答,謝謝~~
