上過幾次飛輪課程每次小腿都抽筋,應該是比目魚肌的部位通常看到抽筋的舒緩動作首先就是先降低強度教練看我動作怪怪的,我說抽筋,他也是要我降低強度但是,後來回想起來,每次抽筋都是站起來騎摩擬爬坡動作之後把阻力降低整個松下來的時候抽筋我反而是再度站起來繼續騎維持較高阻力反而沒有抽��
