我每天晚上吃飽飯後一小時會騎腳踏車30分,可是騎完後沒有拉筋,小腿漸漸有蘿蔔的徵兆...請問騎完後是不是要拉筋才有效果?如何才是正確的拉筋呢?(有影片最好!)那騎之前需要拉筋嗎?騎腳踏車是不是真的會瘦?有人說會有人說不會,實在是有點霧煞煞了@@
