最近開始靜坐,單盤,用數息法進行,數到10再重數
我做不久,大概都只做2~5個循環
坐完後心滿寧靜的,但會有點想睡
大概維持了10天左右
我發現,翻來覆去的情形減少了
睡眠時間不變,約6.5個小時
但隔天精神好很多
昨晚沒有靜坐,今天起床就覺得累累的
請問這真的是靜坐的功效嗎
另外這樣靜坐應該沒有問題吧?
