各位好,
我是剛學習靜坐的小魯蛇,想請問各位大大有關於靜坐的小細節...。
1. 在靜坐的時候,腰要挺正。可是一段時間之後腰就會自然沒力,然後又要去挺正它
請問這樣是正常的嗎?還是只是單純我的持久力不夠呢?
2. 靜坐久了腳會麻,是血液循環不良的關係嗎?這樣對身體有沒有影響呢?
