關於雙打的肌力 維持 - 羽球

男子雙打的時候
幾乎就是平抽 和殺球 佔據絕大多數
說是比肌力的大小 也毫不為過
想問一下比較固定打球的板友
假設在不特別回家私底下特訓手腕肌力的情況
一個禮拜打幾次球
一次打多久 會讓你覺得力量堪用
每次打的感覺都相差不遠
希望有經驗的人能分享一下關於肌力的一些保持與相關經驗
