關於長跑與健身互斥的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

各位版友好,
小弟是二十出頭的年輕人,
跑齡四年左右,
十公里PB約44分(半年前測的),
以前運動就是單純籃球和跑步,
最近迷上健身,
所以看了很多YouTube 教健身的影片,
我的問題是最近看到很多(三位)健身的youtuber們都強烈建議粉絲不要進行40分鐘以上
的有氧運動,
尤其慢跑,
他們比較推崇的是間歇式的百米或兩百米的衝刺。
最近看到用詞最極端的是這個影片:

他們認為馬拉松跑者身體比重訓者虛弱(weak)、不健康。(可直接跳5:25開始看)
一般來說,
馬拉松好手(總排前三)的上半身肌肉的確都比較少,
但這到底是因為瘦的人本身適合跑馬拉松,
或是跑馬拉松容易讓人消瘦?
畢竟參加比賽的人也是有高有矮、有胖有瘦。
這讓我想到之前在跑石碇馬聽到年紀比較長的跑友說:「最近越跑肚子越大」
簡單來說,
小弟想問有沒有跑友是兼具精壯身材但同時也熱愛長跑的?
這類的人有沒有什麼心得可以分享?
我個人認為長跑運動絕對是有益身心的,
但是否練長跑的人真的比較難把身材練起來(指腹肌、背肌、大腿四頭肌、胸肌等外顯肌
群)?
