想要請教版上高手一個問題:
田徑項目不管是短跑或者是馬拉松這種長距離的跑步,
很多選手的大小腿肌肉線條很勻稱,很細。
問題是這樣的...
小弟天生腿部肌肉就很"發達",想要提昇跑步的速度,是不是需要把腿部的肌肉給減掉。
如果需要話要用什麼方式呢?
我的身高165公分體重67公斤,體脂肪約在13左右,半馬的時間平均落在105分上下,
想要進入100分鐘以內,請問該用什麼樣的課表或者是方式達到我的目的?
還有,我真的需要把腿部的肌肉減掉嘛?
