不好意思,近來小弟深受ITB所苦
常常跑大概2K左右左側膝蓋外側就會僵硬疼痛到無法跑下去
原本要購入髕骨帶
再爬文後,發現真正能改善的方法是瑜珈滾輪舒緩、以及深蹲訓練
打算兩者同步進行
不過對於瑜珈滾輪部分有些疑問
教學網站中都沒提到他所需的長度
市面上有分90CM 和 45CM的
想請問各位有使用瑜珈滾輪的版友們都是購買哪種尺寸的
