在大自然中,人類只要斷食48小時,身體就自動進入生酮狀態,這是讓人類在大饑荒時的保命絕招,大饑荒在中國一直到文化大革命都還是常態,所以在長期的演化下,人類對生酮應該還蠻適應的,不適應的早就被淘汰了..
而生酮飲食就是透過飲食模擬人類處於大饑荒的狀態,可能過的不好,可是死不了。對於精緻澱粉吃太多然後又動太少的現代人類而言,短暫生酮算是很強大的絕招,可以燃燒脂肪,逆轉胰島素阻抗,肥胖...,我同事吃一個月,沒運動,體脂肪從24%降到21%,腰為整整小了一圈。看了真的很讓人羨慕。
不過,如同我前面講的,當大饑荒的時候,身體只會調整到活下去,但是不保證活的好活的健康,因此用生酮來增進運動表現?老實說真的讓人懷疑。
如果你是個身材標準,有固定運動,身體健康的人,真的沒必要玩生酮,但是如果你有三高,啤酒肚,然後希望透過運動來改善,那生酮可以讓你更可達到你的目標,但是還是不建議長期生酮..
